ENGENDERING CHANGE

The females of the area are working in different fields of life but it is a fact that the working females in the area don’t have the due respect in some factions of society. Due to this discrimination a majority of community don’t allow their females for job or field work. YMSESDO has framed this project to develop a women friendly environment in and outside of offices, fields, Institutes and organizations with support of code of conduct defined in Protection act 2010 so the respectful environment for females may be developed in the area and sexual harassment against female be ended so that the female may be regarded with their due respect in the society.

The main purpose of this project is to enhance Gender Sensitive culture in organizations and Institutes through effective and efficient measures through implementation of code of conduct under protection act 2010. The Organizations and Institutes of the area will follow code of conduct under the Protection ACT 2010 and ensure gender sensitive culture by developing a women friendly environment in offices, Institutes and Organizations as well as playing a supportive role to encourage female community in development.
