CAPACITY BUILDING

Capacity building is also an important component of YMSESDO set objectives. YMSESDO keeps conduct time to time and need based training of rural communities, CBOs, VDOs, CCBs and other civil Society networks. For the pursuance of set objectives and to build the capacity of marginalized communities of District Jaffarabad Balochistan and enable them to cope with various situations YMSESDO conducted trainings on various themes i.e. Ending Violence against Women (WE CAN), Disaster Risk Management, Training of TBAs (for safe mothers & Newborns). These capacity building programs will help the community to reduce the issues in different spheres of life and deal the emergencies, as wel as any disastrous situations i.e. Floods, Fire, Earthquake etc. In this aspect YMSESDO has trained number of various groups from rural communities, CBOs, VDOs, VOs with collaboration of INGOs and self supporting basis.
